Red enamel with glass threads ring set in sterling silver

This sterling silver ring contains a one-of-a-kind enamel piece set en cabochon! The 1" square size and raised colorful glass threads fused onto the bright red enamel background make this quite a statement piece. However, the slim profile as well as thinner band makes it more lightweight.
When fused to a metal background, vitreous enamel is strong; however, it's important to note that it's still glass. If dropped, struck, or abused, vitreous enamel can chip, crack, or break; please handle with care!
