Policies

I ship orders within one business day of receiving them. Orders shipped within the United States ship for free. 

I use USPS Priority International to ship outside of the U.S.

Customs in other countries may take awhile to clear and there could be additional duty or tax. I am not responsible for either of these things. Prices on my shop do not include international shipping costs. 

I want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 60-day full money back return window. Please reach out using the "contact" link on the left hand side of the page to get this process started.

Buyers are responsible for costs of returning items back to the shop. So long as you've contacted me to initiate the return process, I will issue a refund within a day after receiving your items.

I do not accept returns of items that have been damaged as a result of user error or abuse. I also do not accept returns without prior authorization; please e-mail me before returning items, otherwise I cannot issue a refund.

I am sometimes able to take custom orders. Please reach out with an idea of what you're looking for and I'll see what I can do. If I can't do it, I'll refer you to someone else in Missoula, MT who can. If I'm able to work with you on your custom order, I require payment for the item up front and in full. Depending on the work required for the item, it may take 4-8 weeks for me to create your piece. I do not accept returns or refunds for custom work.
